I’ve Joined TinyCo
The last 12 months have been great fun. Since leaving Mobile Pie, where I was Creative Director, in September I founded a new start up Doctor Monolith, where I wrote my first book (published by Pearson), consulted with a heap of great clients including SEGA and Nexon and built and released Block for OUYA.
However, there were a couple itches that needed to be scratched: I wanted to take the leap over the Atlantic with my partner and I wanted to be back making games with global reach. That meant joining an organization with a scale that would allow me to create games for a billion people and a company whose future I could shape and believe in.
So when one of my favourite clients, TinyCo, offered me a position the fit seemed perfect. Last month I was very proud to join the team and am looking forward to the next few years and some great games.
